Dear Residents,

This is to inform that, as per the communication dated 22nd Feb-2013 we have finished our reconciliation process based on the complains received and we are announcing the official list of defaulter's till January, 2013. Please find the attached list of defaulters.

If any resident still find discrepancy in their accounts and the released defaulter's list, Managing Committee suggest them to IMMEDIATELY:

    1) File online complain through ApnaComplex in Account Discrepancy category based on the Mail "dated 22nd February, 2013 and Subject: Commencement of Account Reconciliation Activity".

    2) Visit the association office with original copy of receipts and validate your accounts.

We will start taking action against these defaulters after 25th March, 2013 and hence request all residents to clear out any discrepancy in the accounts before this date.

Cheque Drop Box

Dear Members,
It is to inform all the members that the Association has installed a CHEQUE DROP BOX.
All the cheques for maintenance and other collections have to mandatorily be dropped in the Cheque Drop Box. All the members are requested to follow the "Payment Instruction" in this regard.
The Association shall NOT issue any paper receipts for deposit of cheque in future. All the receipts will be sent through ApnaComplex only.
This will help residents to pay their association dues without bothering about any office staffs, office timings, holidays, etc.

Clarification on New Bank Account IFSC Code/Branch Name

Dear Members,

Effective from January 1, 2015 we are moving to HDFC Bank, Karthik Nagar for all the Association Banking Transactions. The details of same for the Owners/Residents who are paying Maintenance via NEFT/RTGS have been already published.

Please note that while registering the new Bank Account Details for NEFT with the IFSC Code:HDFC0001300, the branch name will be shown as "ST.GERMAIN HIGH SCHOOL" and NOT "Karthik Nagar" (as this branch is a License Transferred Branch). So please proceed with Registration as the payment will be credited to Association Account only.

Dear Members,
The Management Committee has decided to gradually operate through "Apna Complex" platform.
In this process, the maintenance invoice from September 1, 2012 will be raised through Apna Complex ("AC"). 
Pl. note that, the opening balance of dues from the members as at September 1, 2012 will be updated in due course.
Kindly ensure to update your e-mail id and contact details in AC positively to get further notice in this regard.

After making payment, where do I update the details

How do I make an online payment ?

1.After logging into :
https://www.apnacomplex.com
scroll down and look for "My Financials".

2. Click on the '+' button next to it and you will see a link on the top right called:
Payment Instructions
There you will find all the necessary bank details.

3. After you fill the details, do update the details of the online payment made.

4. If you have any queries related to Finance,
please do not copy the MC mail id. It receives a lot of mail everyday.
Any questions with Finance should be raised by filing
a complaint in ApnaComplex in the Complaints section with category "Accounts Discrepancy".

Remittance of money through IFSC to any other account by mistake

The query was on on-line remittance through IFSC to pay the maintenance dues. Someone could not fit in the name ' ALPINE ECO APARTMENT OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION' in to the payee column. Pse note - RBI has clarified. We do not check the name of the payee.
We only care for the account number to which you want the money credited to. If there is an error in the 'account number', we are sorry - the money goes to the account number that you have mentioned.

Defaulting on your Payment

Hi Gentlemen and Ladies, I have been in and out of the country travelling on work and hence have defaulted on paying maintenance amount for the period mentioned, could one of you suggest the amount to be paid for a 3BHK
Think It will vary depending on the amount and the tenure that was defaulted. It is usually calculated at 2 percent penalty per month compunding monthly in addition to any late payment fees, as applicable.. Its best to call up the Association Office between10:00AM and 05:00PM**
